内容摘要：Iura et Poemata 《法律与诗歌》一书是由西班牙马拉加大学法学院法律哲学专业教授 José Calvo González 老师撰写的，由秘鲁宪法法院宪法研究中心于 2019 年出版。该书被列入“法律，电影和文学” (Derecho, Cine & Literatura)系列丛书当中。在本书中，秘鲁宪法法院宪法研究中心主任 Carlos Ramos Núñez 在前言部分对本书给予了高度评价，同时也提出了自己对诗歌与法律了一些看法。在本书主体内容的五个部分中，作者分别用：快乐的法学；《1812年宪法》诗意的回响，传统宪法自由主义中的诗歌；“宪法的诗格；宪法中的爱国主义，诗意的宪法；补充内容，如水和油？”为标题，并参考了几位著名作者赞颂法律、宪法、或与法律内容相关的诗词，同时引用了宪法中及其它涉及法律的诗文的内容，阐述了诗歌形式、内容、特点、主题等方面在《1812年西班牙宪法》中的体现，以及该宪法的制定、历史背景、宪法中昂扬的爱国主义思想体现等与诗歌的联系，以此说明诗歌与法律的密切关系，并引导当今社会的我们要加强力量，促进诗歌与法律的融合。

ABSTRACT: Iura et Poemata "Law and Poetry", was written by Mr. José Calvo González, who is the professor of Legal Philosophy in the Law School of the University of Malaga, Spain. This book was published in 2019 by the Constitutional Research Center the Constitutional Court of Peru, and it was included in the collection of "Law, Film and Literature" (Derecho, Cine & Literatura). In the Presentation part of this book, Carlos Ramos Núñez, the director of the Constitutional Research Center of the Constitutional Court of Peru, gave a high appraisal, and also put forward some views on poetry and law. In the five main parts, the author used the titles with characteristics, as: the Joyful Law; the poetry echo of the Constitution of 1812, the poetry of traditional liberalism constitutional; the constitutional poetry; the patriotism for the Constitution, the poetic Constitution. Addenda, as water and oil? Moreover, the author referred to several poems of the famous poets about the law, the Constitution and the content related to the law, he also cited the sentences and paragraphs about the poem in the Constitution 1812, to expound the form, content, characteristics, theme, etc., of the Constitution 1812. Along with the relationship of the poetry and the formulation of the Constitution 1812, the historical background and the patriotic ideology in the Constitution, etc., the author wanted to explain the close connection between Poetry and Law, and guide us presently to promote the integration of the Law and Poetry.
